Shipping and delivery

General Information

We ship orders to most countries in the world. Below you will find information on delivery times, shipping costs, and return policy.

 

Delivery Time

Please allow 1–3 weeks from the time your order is placed. You will receive an email confirmation when your package is on its way. For international orders, delivery time may sometimes be longer. Original paintings are carefully packed to protect the artwork during transport, which may mean a few extra days before your order is shipped. 

 

Shipping Cost

Fixed shipping fees apply. The shipping cost will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase. All orders are sent with tracking to your agent. 

Customs and Import Duties

For international deliveries, customs duties, VAT, and other local taxes may apply when the shipment arrives in the recipient country. These fees are not included in the product price or shipping cost and are paid by the buyer.

We recommend contacting your country's customs authority for information on any potential fees before placing your order. Please note that any delays caused by customs processing are beyond our control.

 

Right of Withdrawal and Returns

You have a 14-day right of withdrawal by law. To return an item, it must be sent back in the same condition as it was received. Please note that shipping costs are not refunded upon return.
